I had a great experience with paul in store came in with just a question about a custom ring with an adidas logo on it spoke to paul who was more then happy to walk me through the process of what was required and recommend and showed me several rings in which to get the logo on once I had chosen a ring he was very well educated on the metals and cost of the peice then gave me a time frame that was actully less then the total time taken to produce the finished product I was more then happy with the work and now wear it everyday and would happily come back for the work and all the staff who were very polite and easy to deal with. paul who was a credit to the store well recommend anyone to pop in store to speak to him and the rest of the staff

A pin came loose from a good watch strap so I dropped in to Tast-Fix and they repaired it within an hour. When I collected it they advised that another pin in the strap also needed replacement which they did without any additional charge. Both staff members that I dealt with were excellent

Really nice people. They will try their best for you if you have an issue. They even offered a refund if the repair doesn't work out

AVOID Fast Fix Dundrum like the plague. My sister purchased me a necklace on the 24th of December as a Christmas gift. I only took it out of the box on the 29th of December when it broke immediately. They reluctantly agreed to repair it claiming that it won't happen again. I collected this necklace and wore it once for a few hours only when it broke again.The necklace cost €172 and is meant to be real gold it was worn for a total of 4 hours once and has BROKEN TWICE. The staff are refusing to refund her (we have all receipts) which according to the Sale of Goods and Supply of Services act is ILLEGAL.This necklace is clearly not fit for purpose or of merchantable quality. Staff at Dundrum including the manager, have quite rudely accused us of the necklace being 'worn' or stretched'. This is impossible given that I, the recipient of the gift, have not been in the same country (Dublin) as the necklace while it was being repaired as I live in the UK. I'm not sure what the staff thinks a necklace should be for other than to be 'worn' in any case.We are sick to death of this back and forth and accusatory attitude from the staff. I have filed a complaint with the franchise and my sister will have to proceed with the small claims court if this is not resolved imminently.0 stars

Kindest staff I have ever come across.A family member passed away a year ago, and I was fortunate enough to be left their watch. I wanted to get it cleaned and tightened but could not find anywhere that I felt comfortable doing so - until I came here.Staff were incredibly kind and compassionate. They answered all of my questions and handled the watch with such care.I wouldn’t go anywhere else - this place is exceptional.Extreme gratitude to the gentleman that made my grandmothers watch, my own.Thank you
