I have used Brightbit twice now.....both times I have been extremely pleased.Quick, efficient, reliable, courteous service and NO CALL OUT FEE.Brilliant, thank you Trevor.

Sorted out the problem explaining every step of the way. Dealt with my ignorance in a most sympathetic way which was most appreciated. Also sorted out the Outlook update and gave advice regarding security measures. Grateful thanks.

I googled Computer Services near me and Brightbit Computing came up. I called the number late evening, expecting it to go to voicemail, but Trevor answered straight away. I needed help with my MacBook Air as my hotmail would not load and I could not send documents to my printer.Trevor arrived promptly the next morning, smartly dressed with a company logo on his shirt. He was polite at all times and very thorough. It did not take him long to resolve the issues and he willingly showed me some tips along the way. And all this for an hourly rate of £45. I even called him the following day as I had forgotten something he had told me, no hesitation on his part in reminding me.I would thoroughly recommend Trevor.
