SCAM!!! I bought a package from this agency for umrah and I got scammed gave me a bad hotel with no shower curtains no towels working recommend going to this agency BIG SCAM!!!

Very bad people. I'm a poor old lady. I use a walking stick. I'm very vulnerable. They made me come inside there agency and took my passport and card and booked my ticket. I was forced to to go Romania. Everyone over there tried to drink my old wrinkly sour blood.

Very bad agency soo much of a bad experience felt happy thinking I was gonna get a nice 5star hotel but got a bad hotel instead these people should be ashamed of themselves doing this disgusting scam whilst Allah is watching

Package is not good got scammed paid for a 5star hotel and ended up in a cheap hotel tried contacting the agency and no reply back arrived at airport and got no driver. this agency is a SCAM!! don't book umrah from here astagfirullah these people are scamming people going on umrah never got a refund wouldn't recommend worst travel agency now I see why its called last option arrived at the bad hotel it was so unhygienic there was bedbugs everywhere wouldn't even let my cat stay here.

Got Scammed got told thats my hotel was infront of haram shariff but ended up 10mins away from there. BIG SCAM!!
