Highly recommended! All staff very friendly and welcoming. Lots of amazing dresses and accessories to choose from. We had Emily who helped me to try on all the dresses and she was amazing! Very knowledgeable, patient and enthusiastic, making our experience even more enjoyable!

The staff were amazing. I said yes to my dress here and I am so pleased with it.It's great to take away the same day!Be prepared to spend more than advertised as you need to buy a box or something to transport it in, and then you'll need to pay a few hundred for alterations (which you need to organise).

I found my dream dress on my first visit recently, it was even the first one I tried on. I had the amazing Ashley helping me, nothing was too much trouble for her. She made me feel at ease, and the experience so enjoyable for me and my bridesmaids! Would 100% recommend!

Brilliant! I called in advance to check the store was still open evenings (with Covid and all that, Google isn’t always up to date), but yep - evening appointments, drop in, no appointment needed. The supervisor, Ashleigh was great to talk to - brill, we’re coming tomorrow. Met with a warm welcome by Ashleigh and Emily (and time to have a quick comfort break, it was a long journey), and we were off! I liked that being off-the-rack, dresses are ordered by size, so you don’t get excited about something that won’t fit. Started to have a look through. Then was ‘handed’ to Emily to help choosing and trying on. What a star! Patient, knowledgeable and not pushy, we’d tried on a few and (long story short, and a revisit just to check) I ended up with my (not what I realised) but definitely my dream dress! Can’t thank Emily enough - even in those slightly awkward moments when you’re naked and feeling inelegant, she was professional and respectful. I feel so comfortable. Definitely recommend! We’re planning to come down for bridesmaids next - I hope Emily’s working! 5*

The lovely Fiona at Newquay was so patient with me while I found my dream dress. I can't thank her enough and am delighted with the quality of my beautiful dress and accessories. What a magical experience and I'm so excited to wear it on the big day!

Wouldn’t of wanted to go anywhere else! I had Ashleigh help me find my dress! Both Ashleigh and the manger where lovely, both of them made me feel at ease and made my experience special. They would do anything and everything to get you what you wanted and suggested a load of things also. Loved it! would 100% recommend this place and the prices are unreal for such lovely dresses!

Popped over yesterday to have a browse. I've been to 4 different bridal shops and I found 3 dresses I absolutely loved in the Newquay shop. Ashleigh is fantastic, she listens to what I am looking for and picked out dresses in my size and style.

What an amazing shop, the staff were so friendly, my daughter tried on several styles of wedding dress, then Marnie òur assistant said she wanted my daughter to have a look at another as she thought she might like it. And did she. We had been back and forth between styles, but nothing seemed quite right. I knew as soon as I saw my daughters face in this dress it was the one, even if she hadn't realised it at that point. She was asked what she liked about this dress ( the list kept growing, lol) she was asked out of 5 how she would rank it, she instantly said 5.
