Purchased a custom gaming PC from these guys - brilliant service, arrived quickly, safely & the delivery chap’s brother just started working here so kinda neat. Got it up and running, windows 11 was windows 11… & I had set it up slightlyyy wrong cables wise.. but phoned up customer services, Patrick there, sound chap managed to sort it. Tbf the line got dropped & their email ticket system kicked in which helped with the debug…. They fixed with it me, would recommend to anyone for advise (option 1 -why don’t more places do this) for the quality & for the after care. Cheers guys keep it up

I have bought from OCUK many times in the past and never had any trouble. On my most recent order I did need to send something back to them, which is a first. I delt with Nemo in the returns department and he was absolutely great; polite, professional and when it wasn't quite so straight forward due to logistical issues with the courier, he put the time in and got it all sorted.

Few days ago I bought all the parts needed to build my own PC, very quick next day delivery. Took me few hours to put everything together and install windows/drivers/etc.. Never done it before so it was quite an experience. I have been a customer for several years and I've always had products delivered on time without any issues. Customer support are always quick and very helpful with regards to deliveries and making the right choice of components.Keep it up lads.

Absolutely horrendous customer service. Purchased £1.8k custom build PC that randomly shuts down. The PC is with them for a month now, without a single update on the status of repairs. First and last time using Overclockers for this type of purchase, and highly recommend to stay away if you haven't committed yet, there are plenty of other PC building companies that take responsibility.

Not one to write a review but I order the Kraken 360 Elite CPU Cooler and had an issue with the USB device not being recognized but after 20 minutes on the phone with support at overclockers its working as it should! Only place I'll go to now

Not buying from these ever again, bought a AMD RX7800XT Saphire Pulse Card, Nothing but issues, Black screen in windows regularly, crashing throughout gaming random once every other day.Changed Drivers, Re-installed Windows etc same problem.Emailed their customer care team, took over a week to respond and haven't been interested since.The fact i have a dodgy graphics card and im willing to pay MORE for a better Nvidia Model and they don't seem bothered to even speak or arrange this for a customer says a lot about their business model.In future i'll be using Scan!Stuck with a £500 dodgy card in the mean time till i can afford a new oneThanks Overclockers!!

Such nice people on the front desk. Very helpful and sociable.It makes such a positive difference when a company has great people on the front desk.I've purchased from Overclockers before and will do so again.Highly recommended

I purchased a £1,800 laptop which happened to be faulty.After a lot of backwards and forward emails having to quote the consumer law multiple times to get a refund approved, I called 3 days after the confirmation of refund was sent.They explained it would be a maximum of 5 days on the phone and I then called again today (8 days after confirmation) and was told “sorry, our accounting team are behind on processing refunds so I’m not sure when you’ll get your money and I can’t give you a timeframe”.I mentioned I need it today as it’s now been 8 days since they received the laptop back and it was a business purchase so this costs me money daily.I then was told I would get a call back latest by 4pm with confirmation of the refund and a time it will be in my account... No call came so I called back in myself…again. After waiting for 10 minutes to get through to someone again I called on a second mobile at the same time and this one was answered almost right away.I was then put on hold for another 10 minutes and after stating I NEED the money in my account today I was told it has been processed and pushed through and will be in my account within the next few minutes. This was at about 5pm and it’s now 12am day after and I’m still to have received a refund. Or any communication back.It seems the member of staff I was speaking to was trying to be helpful and was at least polite, however this is not acceptable from a company and having already called to remind you about the refund, days ago and being told it was already sorted and processed seems to be completely opposite of the truth as apparently the accounting team are running behind and I’m “on the to do list”.The wait continues… And I continue to lose money.The last thing I wanted to do was leave a review but it seems it’s the only way to get things sorted.Alex H.
