I recently decided that my elderly Magimix 5100 needed an upgrade so I could add a Spiral Expert. The advice on the website was accurate so I placed my order. Not only did it arrive promptly but I saved myself a good deal as advice elsewhere was to retire the existing machine and get a new one. Not in the least necessary!By the way, I have, for years, rubbished the whole concept of spiralizers based on my experience of cheap ones - oh how wrong I was!!!! The Spiral Expert has converted me completely. It really works, is easy to clean and there is almost no waste (none if you save the tiny ends for stock or soup etc). And it's built to last - just like my Magimix 5100.

Definitely the most professional, knowledgable and caring company I have dealt with in the last 20 years. If only BBS could run the train companies in this country we would be saved. THE BEST...

I represent a group of volunteers running a community pub in Devon. Times are hard for the hospitality sector as we all know. Fast and friendly service to replace the lid of our Magimix 5200xl. I had a glitch when trying to order online and a very friendly woman took my order on the phone there and then. It arrived a couple of days later. Will definitely use this company again if we need any more replacement parts for our Magimix!

I brought a second hand 5200 on Ebay only to find that the lid would not close when using the grater and whisk attachments. I contacted BBS and a really nice representative (sorry I didn't catch your name) talked me through the problem diagnosed the fault and ordered a replacement part which came as promised within two days. Absolutely brilliant service and consequently BBS have gained yet another loyal customer!

Such helpful staff. I thought my mixer was completely dead but the member of staff who took my call talked me through several procedures to diagnose the problem and saved me so much money. I have used BBS in the last to order parts, and have always found them to be a good company but the level of customer service offered to me today was exemplary and I highly recommend them.
