A great experience from start to finish. No sales pitch, great design and exceptional standards of professionalism and workmanship from Shaun. Don't think I've ever seen anyone care so much about doing such a great job and making sure that the customer is left with nothing to worry about. New kitchen, including a solid wood floor in the kitchen (and hallway,) and a set of oak doors fitted to every room. The kitchen is great quality, expertly designed and fitted and I couldn't be happier with the result. When you go looking to buy a new kitchen its easy to forget how important the customer care aspect is and how often you are just another customer. This is something you could never say about York Kitchens and I'd recommend them 100%

After a brief visit to the York showroom was impressed by the quality of the kitchen displays and warm greeting.I decided my default beige Barratt kitchen was desperately in need of replacement.I asked Gareth if he could design me a kitchen to suit my needs with only a budget of £10k. He said he could but would have to recommend a cheaper manufacturer than the displays.I went back a few days later for a wonderful presentation. He had captured exactly what I was looking for.So went for it with a couple of minor upgrades.Nick the joiner project managed the job perfectly with all trades. Was a pleasure to have him around.The installation was completed on time and having a past in joinery myself was very impressed with the carcass quality and overall finish.Now that the decorating is finished and the new flooring down I just love sitting in this environment listening to my favourite playlists with a nice glass of wine.Thank you York Kitchens and in particular Gareth and Nick. Just keep doing what you do.

Brilliant professional company, attention to detail second to none. Nothing was too much trouble from York Kitchens. My kitchen is beautiful top quality and superbly designed by Olly Shipley. Very professional service with a major kitchen redesign and installation including internal wall removal. Good communication, excellent coordination of project operation and resolving any problems that arose during installation.

We used York Kitchens to design and supply our kitchen and utility room and we are extremely happy with the results. They listened to what we wanted, gave good honest advice, and were respectful of our budget. They worked hard to accommodate our needs and make the most of the space available. Their aftercare was also very good - a faulty tap was swiftly replaced and some missing touch-up paint was quickly chased up. We do not hesitate to recommend York Kitchens.

We Highly recommend York Kitchens. I spent hours in a well known kitchen company and walked away feeling overwhelmed and frustrated. Our neighbour recommended York Kitchens. From start to finish they have been amazing. They removed a wall others weren't sure of, they told me what would work best for the space and genuinely take pride in their work. The craftsmanship is wonderful with attention to detail and they come back until you are happy with the finished product. They also installed very long floating shelves in the living room and base units for storage as well as the wooden floor. Lovely group of guys which is really important as they are in your house daily for weeks. We will definitely use them again.

We used York Kitchens to replace our aged kitchen that had been in place for 20 years.Gareth had infinite patience and loads of great ideas which he shared during a couple of home visits and in their lovely showroom.Suffice to say our new kitchen is fantastic. What a transformation and the quality is self evident. Excellent craftmanship and fitting by Gary and Olly double checked all the details before the kitchen was fitted. Between them all nothing was too much trouble.I can highly recommend York Kitchens to anyone considering a kitchen refit. Even though its a big endeavor they managed it brilliantly and it really didn't feel too disruptive.

We had our entire kitchen and utilty designed and installed by York Kitchens.The planning process went smoothly and the staff at York Kitchens were extremely helpful in assessing our needs and suggesting workable solutions. Their plans were comprehensive and practical, requiring very little tweeking before being finalised.The actual installation went as smoothly as it possibly could have done.The installers were polite, friendly and tried to be as disruptive as possible. At all times we were kept informed or progress, plans for the next few days and any alterations to these. They also advsied us of when they would not be around and the explanations for this (letting things dry, etc.). Any issues that arose during the installation, were always fully discussed with us.The overall quality of their work, the speed of installation and general helpful and friendly installers and the staff at York Kitchens, would certainly make us totally recommend them to others seeking to refurbish their kichen.
