HA Damp & TImber Surveyors

I had a survey carried out a couple of weeks ago by Peter and he was very thorough and had some great advice. The full report was submitted to me within a couple of days and was very comprehensive. Overall a very professional service which I would highly recommend.

Peter from Healthy Abode completed a damp and timber survey of my bungalow after a damp proof company said I had rising damp.Peter was friendly and gave me some very good advice on the day. The report was very informative and recommended remedial treatments.It is good to know that I have a condensation problem and not rising damp.I would really recommend Peter.

The surveyor was very thorough, established the cause of the problem we had encountered and was able to demonstrate to us how it was occurring. A solution was then recommended in the detailed report which followed very soon after the inspection. I would happily recommend this firm.

I arranged for a Damp Survey to be conducted at my house , a private dwelling , in November 2019 . Making the arrangements with HA was straightforward , and the surveyor appointed , Peter Corr , corresponded with me in advance of his visit - very helpful .The service I received was excellent .I was most impressed with Peter Corr's expertise and thoroughness , and in his ability to convey his findings to me , in terms a layman could understand .I have since received the written report , and once again I am impressed with its comprehensive detail , and its accessibility . My only , very gentle , adverse comment would be to suggest that a paper copy of the report might be offered , for those who don't have home printing facilities.Money very well spent , I feel .I'm not a frequent reviewer of things I buy or use , but in this case I am very happy to make an exception , as I felt that HA and Peter Corr have exceeded my expectations , and I recommend them unreservedly .

Peter Corr undertook a survey of our home due to the presence of some damp. Peter was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He provided some verbal advice and talked through the main finding of his survey. The report was issued the next day. We recommend HA and would use them again.

We requested a damp survey and even with it being close to Christmas and a busy time, Stuart was very responsive during the initial stages. A survey was arranged quickly and Stuart spent a few hours thoroughly examining the house and was helpful and professional throughout. The end report was easy to understand and helped give us actionable improvements we could make to address the issues found.
