ASP Installations LTD

We used ASP Installation on 2 occasions, to build and update both our bathrooms. Steven has done a brilliant job on both of them. He is mutltiskilled, confident, always has a solution to any problem that comes up. Both the job started and finished on time. Steven is polite and great to work with. I would recommend ASP Installation and would hire them again.

We recently had our bathroom installed by ASP Installations. We love our bathroom and Steven is an amazing installer. His attention to detail is beyond anything I have ever witnessed in a tradesman. He has so much talent whether it be a bathroom or kitchen install, even another room in your house, Steven will give it his all.I am a bathroom designer myself so the levels were set high but Steven brought our bathroom to life and superceded all our expectations. We did have a few hurdles along the way due to our house of nearly 98 years old but nothing that couldn't be resolved. The end result is clear to see our bathroom is just perfect.Steven and the electrican Tony were an absolute pleasure to have in our home. Excellent communicators and extremely tidy throughout. Many laughs were had through a tough install.Thank you Steven you know we love what you do.

Steven of ASP installation has done 3 bathrooms and 1 lounge for us and we have been over the moon with all his work. I thought I was a perfectionist until I met Steven!. He is very professional and always responds to messages in a timely manner. On top of this he is reliable and always on time. I have no hesitation in recommending Steven to friends and family as I know he will do a great job. Steven has just completed the refurbishment of our en suite, installing a walk in shower, recessed shower unit, toilet, washbasin, mirror, cabinet and attachments, including all the necessary plumbing. He also fully tiled the floors, walls and window-sill. In doing so, he had to repair the flooring by sanding the surface smooth as the previous tiles had been installed incorrectly leaving an extensive rough surface. This must have delayed him but you wouldn't know it. He just did what had to be done, no issue at all, he hardly mentioned it. Once the - large - ceramic tiles were on the walls, he had to drill through them to install the attachments, not one tile was broken ! My goodness, what a skilled professional he is. The standard of his work is nothing short of absolute excellence. His attention to detail unsurpassed: both of us are retired now and over all the years of home improvements we have never had a better professional Tradesman. He arrived on time every day apart from one when he telephoned us to let us know he would be half an hour late ! We were 'blown away' by this consideration. His work is meticulous and to an extremely high standard. We have been hugely impressed with him and have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending him in the strongest possible terms. Steven from ASP Installations just recently transformed my bathroom!! He has done an amazing job from start to finish. His attention to detail in ensuring the finish was high quality was second to none and his ability to work around unforeseen problems was great. I would have no problem recommending him to people I know and will likely be asking back to do my second bathroom at somepoint in the future!!!

Over the last two years we have had two bathrooms replaced by ASP Installation and vinyl flooring put down in the hall. It is difficult to find words that adequately describe Steven's high standards, attention to detail and friendly approach. He is not so much bathroom/kitchen fitter as a craftsman. We have, without hesitation, recommended Steven to friends and relatives in the knowledge that they were sure to be delighted with the results. He should be the first port of call for anybody who needs a new bathroom or kitchen - plus any other jobs around the property.

We’ve had a new bathroom and kitchen from ASP this year and both jobs have been completed to the utmost standard. Steven is extremely hard working and always goes above and beyond to help us.
