Just wanted to thank everyone at Wayne’s Windows for all your hard work and efficiency in getting our new bifolds and back door fitted. We are absolutely delighted with the end result. The whole team have been a real pleasure to work with. Thank you all.

Very pleased with our windows and doors. Great company and workforce very polite and clean nothing was too much trouble for them. Would definitely recommend them to anyone who asked fantastic local company. Well done.

Do NOT use this company! Ordered and paid for 14 windows and 3 large Ali bi-folds for a house renovation, 1 week before phoned to triple check the delivery date and guess what….. they amazingly forgot to order the windows!!!! Strangely they originally said they made all their windows so lots of unawakened silences from them! You could not make it up, avoid this company at all cost!!

We had Solarlux bi fold doors fitted to replace existing French doors and windows. The workmanship to remove the the existing low walls and to marry in with the existing brickwork was second to none. The installation of the bi-fold doors was also done to a high standard. I would recommend Wayne windows and conservatories, and also Solarlux products.

This company is horrendous. I implore you to think twice before using them.They supplied French doors which did not match the windows they supplied and fitted. These were all supplied and fitted together and at the same time.They then blamed me for not noticing and then wanting me to pay more to put their mistake right. I refused to pay more for their incompetence.I had just ordered £13,000 of product from them.They then said they lost paperwork because of a computer virus. A responsible business back up all data.It's the old story, lovely when quoting but when there is a problem they just don't care. I was a prospect but made the mistake of becoming a customer.I wished I read the other reviews on here before I commited to purchase with them.The old saying is 'Buyer Beware' and it certainly applies to Wayne's Windows.

We had 2 sets of doors changed and installed by Wayne Windows. We are very satisfied with the professional service and good products. The door installs look fabulous for our home. Thankyou. Mr & Mrs Nandi

Just wanted to say how delighted we are with our windows. The finished work looks fantastic and we couldn't be happier. And to also say thanks to Luke and Olly who did a great job, not only did they work extremely hard and do a great job, they were prompt, polite, respectful of the house, cleaning up after the work and great at communicating and dealing with our questions. We'd highly recommend them.

Considering these guys are meant to be family owned and better than the rest, their customer service is quite questionable.If you are going to buy from them, make sure you go for the slightly more costly - and timely - option of having them installed as I did not and am now stuck with a faulty window that they will not come and look at.Unfortunately, I did not have time on my side and had to opt for the supply only. They were supplied on time, and Wayne windows did keep me up to date when I called to ask where they were. However, 6 months down the line, I now have a window that does not lock and my building is no longer secure.I have been told to ask the builder to come and inspect it - despite it clearly being a parts problem - which will cost me money. I then have to raise an issue with WW and only then will they go to the manufacturer to get a new part - which I have to pay for before they will inspect and then credit if it is necessary.So, all in all, pay for installation and they will give you a good customer experience I am sure. Pay for supply only, you'll lose out.

2 doors replaced. Good job apart from the lock failed on the front door after 6 days, now having to use the back door! Shocking after sales service, no apology offered and now having to take holiday to be home at a convenient time for the engineer. Have used Waynes before but will seriously think twice before using them again.Downgraded to 1 star. The engineer turned up without a replacement lock despite knowing the lock was faulty. He will now have to come back. Massively out of pocket having used holiday pointlessly and had multiple sets of keys cut.

From start to finish we received excellent service at a reasonable cost. Window fitters were polite, friendly and professional. I would happily recommend Wayne Windows.
