Zen Combat Fitness

I first started training Martial Arts here and had absolutely no prior experience. Trained here for over a year and only left due to logistical factors not involving the Club.The instructor at Zen Combat is very friendly and patient. Group sessions have a great mentoring atmosphere. I would recommend this to anyone starting out and wanting to learn self defence. Also for more experienced people there are also 1:1 sessions available and the occasional specially hosted events. Thanks to everyone at Zen Combat for getting me involved in Jiu Jitsu and Jeet Kune Do.

Excellent knowledgeable instructor

The coaches here are passionate about martial arts and in helping you achieve your goals. Norm (owner & head coach) has over 30 years experience in martial arts and is highly skilled and loves sharing his knowledge and helping others. It is a very friendly club and all abilities are very welcome. I started with no experience in JDK and felt very welcome and supported. The training helps me for my work, but also for my fitness and confidence. It is very reasonably priced for the level of coaching you receive. Exceptional value. Really recommend.

Just started and is a great friendly place norm is a great instructor will put you thru it just makes you realise how unfit you are but it can only get better
