Extremely helpful, great service!

I choose this firm due to the positive reviews. I must say I found Patrick the owner incredibly rude and disrespectful. He has absolutely no customer service skills and I would never use him again. He over charged me for work, when he quoted one price and then charged me more. When i questioned this he was defensive and very aggressive and rude. AVOID AT ALL COSTS AND HE IS EXPENSIVE COMPARED TO OTHERS. HE SEEMS TO THINK ALL THE OTHER COMPANIES OUT THERE THAT ARE ARE CHEAPER DO POOR QUALITY WORK. THIS IS NOT TRUE.

Patrick was here for hours cleaning a very small soot patch that appeared after we had our chimney swept. I don’t think the work took him more than half an hour, but we sat and chatted for ages, nearly put the world to rights, and when he finally got round to the stain, did a thoroughly professional job.Five stars for the work and Five more for the chat.Top man.

Patrick did a very good job. He took great care, he vacuumed, spot cleaned, presparayed, hot water extraction and brushed the carpet lay in one direction. he moved furniture and protected the legs with plastic protection.Extremely good value and a very professional result.Thank you
