Exceptional customer service from initial enquiry, through the all the intricacies that need to be considered and spelled out in a non patronising, and hugely helpful way.The handover and demonstration along with the shared experiences of what to look for and how to respond was faultless. Rosmia fitted VB air suspension on our campervan in 2018. It had been excellent for over five years, then a fault developed when we were on the far west coast of Ireland.Rosmia advised us for our 500 mile trip home and had placed on order the replacement parts before we had left Ireland. The day these parts arrived from VB in the Netherlands Rosmia commenced fitting. They also verified there was no further consequential damage.I recommend Rosmia.

Contacted Rosima as they are fitting partners for E@P hydraulic caravan leveling .I was lucky and managed to get an appointment for fitting within a couple of days .Everything was arranged very easily by Helen, drop off was easy and everything was explained and questions answered by Jack the fitter .Collection was just as painless everything explained and demonstrated very well .Overall opinion if you want the system fitted these are the people to come too

After months of deliberation and many, many conversations with Helen we took the plunge and had the E&P levellers fitted. Although we have only used them once they have already proved a great addition with simple levelling and a rock solid base when moving around in the motorhome. From our initial contact with Helen at Rosmia the service has been 1st class including the installation and comprehensive handover. We would like to thank Helen, Ryan and their team for great service and customer relations. Anyone who is considering having the E&P system fitted should speak to Rosmia without hesitation.

Rosnia replaced at short notice a leaking hydraulic cylinder in the E&P self levelling system on my Coachman VIP 575 caravan.The service was very efficient from the initial phone call for help through to fixing the problem. Technician Matthew thoroughly checked the whole system as well as replacing the faulty cylinder. He also showed me how to operate emergency and safety procedures not covered in the E&P instruction manual which will be very useful in the event of problems like a failed or lost hand controller.Organising the repair to suit my short timescale was efficiently handled between first contact Helen and office administrator Sharon who also kept me supplied with coffee while the work was carried out!Everything was done efficiently and within the agreed timescale.I have every confidence in Rosnia fitting and servicing the E&P self levelling system and will certainly use them again for any future problems I may have with my E&P equipment
