Cake Box - Green Street

Day before yesterday was my son's birthday and I have ordered cake in advanced.I have told them that I am going to bring this cake to the school,so make sure you give me taste, colour, packing accordingly.When I have received the cake it was a blast !Cake texture was so bad, although I told the lady that there is something wrong with the design then she told it's like this only.Blue colored flowers on decoration was so staining that it lasts on our hands for 8-10 hours.Imagine how it affects little ones health.Behavior so arrogant.They have spoiled my day.I would never recommend anyone.

What can I tell you the taste of this cake is amazing, cake box is always the best and I always try to buy from here.

HAIR FOUND IN CAKE!!Shop staff extremely rude- asked me for a picture of when the cake was being cut (which was at a party) i kept the hair to the side and took it back to shop! They refused a refund instead offered more cake?? Staff do not wear their hair nets properly and have 0 standards of customer service!! This place is also now been reported to food and hygiene- DISGUSTINGp.s this is not the 1st time hair has been reported in your cakes!! Read the reviews!!

Worse service and quality of the cakes. Ordered cake for the party today but it was bitter and there was hair wrapped inside the sponge of the cake. Was very embarrassing! Also the taste of their cakes are not good. It’s quality is not the same. And expensive for the cheap quality they are serving. I don’t know how to contact for my complain as no one ate the cake. Waste of money! Tasteless and unhygienic

Cake box’s cake is one of my favourite cake.whenever it comes for celebrating something we try to order it from Cakebox . Their all branches cakes are same. But the staff of green street is really nice and friendly. I always loved their cake taste . It was so delicious every time. I tried their pastries also quite tasty. I highly recommend them.

Last time I will ever be buying cake from them again. Price is expensive now for a 8 inch cake 31 pound. Pre ordered 1 day before and paid upfront. Told them is it going to be made fresh as there were 2 already on display they said yes.It didn't taste freshly made, you could tell as cake was a bit hard and set.

If I could give a 0 I would. STAFF extremely rude. I ordered a cake from cake box (green street) they said my order was cancelled bear in mind it was a party for a 1 year old which meant they spoiled the whole party. They called a few days later to tell me to collect the cake which I was confused about as they’ve told me the order was cancelled. They are refusing to give me a refund for something that’s their fault. DO NOT ORDER YOUR CAKE FROM HERE. Bunch of frauds

Terrible service. Ordered and paid for a cake that was supposed to be ready for collection, got there and I waited 25 minutes for them - all while its not even been made. Other customers happily came in got their pre-ordered cake but I was being told to wait 5 minutes for the last 20 minutes with no update. Unacceptable, if it weren't ready - just give me a call for a new time, as I was already on a tight time frame to serve this cake to my guests. Please change your ways Green Street Cake Box.

Order a cake online and went there to collect it. Surprisingly they didn’t give any bag to carry. Such a disappointment. Even though offer to buy a bag and lady refuses and replied they dnt sell bags. I spent 50£ for it though. With out a bag how can someone carry it and I have carry the cake all way to leyton.
