Very unfriendly staff on desk at Kwik fit Ealing, and a very arrogant man sitting at computer and off putting. Won't go there again!The young man who checked my car was very helpful and explained everything but when we went to the desk to check prices this one particular man sitting inside the office was really rude, unfriendly and not sure because I was a women or have a smart fourfor car was rude. He looked like his origin could be Arab and about 5ft8 with some wierd beard. I will never use that Kwik fit again and if you are a women and want good service go elsewhere.

Showed up on a Saturday morning, without a booking, for a tyre replacement. Friendly staff in the office and was on my way again within 30 minutes. Great job!

Went in for a free break check.Was told disc and pads need replacing.I was given a quote much cheaper than another garage.The lead man in the office told me they can do the job today and I can pick my car later. I was very pleased with this.Later that day when I returned he said he made a mistake with the quote and the price was a bit higher, however I was asked for the initial quote price. Top man.Very happy with their service and professionalism.

My car is on Motability and it broke down in the middle of the night. with the help of the RAC, I managed to get to kwik fit in west Ealing. However, As it was out of hours, the manager, samy, had to come out of his way to come open the gate for me and make sure everything was safe and secure as I had to leave my car there over night. He was so helpful and reassured me constantly that everything would be fine! I left everything in his hands and went home. The following day he got in touch with me and told me he dealt with it all and my car was ready toCollect! Having to have done this all by my self for the first time, I couldn’t have asked for better support !

This is easily the worst branch of Kwik fit I have ever been to. The staff are lazy, very rude and disrespectful. It took 3 hours for them to fit my tyres after I had an appointment. I returned to collect my vehicle at the time they advised, they said my lease company were delaying permission to replace the tyres, then the genius asked me what’s wrong with the tyres and started taking pictures and reporting them, it became very clear he was lying to me. It was the only vehicle in the bays and everyone was stood joking around. While I waited in the very dirty waiting room with broken chairs and no coffee machine all staff were just sitting behind the desk, one of the guys was very rude to me when I was asking questions. It was like I had gate crashed a waster’s boys club!There is an independent tyre fitters over the road, I recommend using that or trying the Acton or Brentford branch, they can tell the time and they just get on with it.Avoid Avoid Avoid!!!

Thanks for great service. Came in without a booking because someone had tampered with my tyres. The guys fitted me in after a short wait and fixed the problem immediately - without a charge. Couldn’t ask for more.

I had a tyre that kept going flat and popped along without pre booking on a Sunday lunch time. Had a short wait while a couple of people ahead of me were dealt with. The fault was quickly identified - just the valve - and replaced for just a fiver. Couldn't fault the service nor the friendliness of the two people working that day.

Absolute con artists. They were happy to book my car in and take the advanced payment but refused to do any work when I turned up. I was given a series of pathetic excuses, which changed every now and again, and then told to contact customer services.DO NOT GO TO KWIK-FIT. GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!!!!
