The removals team, despite invoicing on an hourly basis, worked fast and efficiently. I had done most of the packing but they completed the work, having to dismount some big furniture and put it back together at destination. The admin was great too: I asked for a rescheduling and it was done easily, and after all this it turned out I had somehow not paid the deposit beforehand. I am pleased with their performance and would definitely recommend them.

I have to say that having spoken with this company initially, my expectations of a good service were really high. I'm delighted that their guys and the whole process of removing my home into storage exceeded my expectations. They were very professional, courteous and most importantly took great care of my things to ensure they weren't damaged in any way. I had wrapped most items myself over about 3 days but even this wasn't up to their high standards, so they kindly added further wrapping and protection where necessary. When we arrived at my friend's store everything was off loaded and put away very carefully, making sure my possessions would not be damaged when stored and boxes were places so I would know what was in them.Fantastic job from start to finish. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Don't hesitate, book them now! Well done guys!

I cannot fault the guys from Removals and Storage at all. They were quick and efficient, loaded everything with care, nothing at all is damaged in transit and they were really polite and friendly too. I would definitely recommend using them for a move and I’ve recommended them to friends as well. We ended up having more boxes than we originally thought but they didn’t increase the cost or anything and the van was big enough anyway. 10/10 would recommend.

I would definitely use this company again. The customer service was excellent - both friendly and efficient. All my questions were answered in detail and replies came back quickly. On moving day, the team blitzed the move and were very careful with all our items. We left a huge picture for them to pack on site and it was a joy to see them wrap it professionally, safely and in no time with the materials they brought with them in their removal van. We had the need to put our belongings in storage until works in our new home were finished. So I found it a definitive plus that there was an option for storage and then delivery at a later, chosen date. It is a great relief to have such friendly and trustworthy help at hand at a time of potentially high stress. Thank you to the whole team.

Excellent, efficient, professional and capable. All-around excellent service. They managed to accommodated our last-minute booking with ease. We couldn’t be happier with the service. The movers were incredibly careful with our belongings and everything arrived and was put into place perfectly. They consistently went the extra mile, including disassembling and reassembling our barbecue (on the fly) to get it in the back garden. 100% hire these guys before anyone else. A special thanks to our specific moving team who were also friendly and had a great sense of humor.

Needed furniture removed and stored for a week while I had an event in London. I live in St. Louis, Missouri, USA, and did a google search for help. I reached out to three separate companies for help, but Removals and Storage Experts was the only company that I felt comfortable using. Keval and the rest of the team were amazing to work with. The movers did a great job making sure everything was wrapped so not to get damaged during the transportation and storage period. When the event was over they brought everything back, and placed the furniture in its original spot. I couldn't be happier with Removals and Storage Experts. If you have any concerns with who to use to move your belongings look no further, I believe they are the best in town.

Fantastic service. Moved us from a 2 bed flat in London to relocate to Leicester, including all packing. The guys worked SO hard over two very long days, packing, unpacking and reassembling furniture with great care. Not a single breakage. Everything expertly and carefully wrapped and pack. Professional and friendly throughout. Very pleased we decided to book with them and highly recommend.
