If you are looking for a reliable, professional driver I strongly recommend Keith. I have been let down so many times by other firms in my area. I need piece of mind when I am travelling. When I am leaving in the early hours of the morning I need the reassurance that my ride to the airport won't let me down. Very comfortable transport and Keith is an excellent driver.

Used Keith for run to and from cruise ship. Although he was running late for 1st pick up (NOT HIS FAULT) he kept us informed by text as soon as he knew. Other than this both runs were very good. The car" is very comfortable and spacious. Keith is a very helpful and cheerful chap and have used him in the past and will/are definitely use him in the future."

Keith was excellent - exactly on time for an early pick up from home and ready to collect us from the airport on our return. Communication was good throughout - from first booking the hire through to what to do upon our return. Highly recommended.

Keith agreed to pick 4 of us up from a dance music event at midnight last Saturday. On arrival he must have taken a disliking to one of our group and decided that in his view 'had to much alcohol to travel'. I know this is very subjective but we were all stood talking to him, and yes were all a bit merry after a night out, but surely that's what you would expect when agreeing to collect 4 people from dance event..... Keith took our money and left 4 of us stranded in Southampton.If you don't like taking people in your taxi that have had a few drinks please don't accept this type of booking. Needless to say 30 mins later we paid someone else to pick us up that took us home no problem at all....Great shame as was a bad end to what had been a really good night.

Only one word for Keith’s Private Hire - EXCELLENT. A minivan which carries 8 people and their luggage, really comfortable leather seats, in impeccable condition but more than that you felt so safe as Keith is an excellent driver. We had a 22 month old with us who was entertained by the 3 fluffy toys sitting in the front.From booking to pick-up & return journey Keith kept us informed and it made our holiday from start to finish. Would highly recommend and will use again and again as needed. Thank you Keith for an excellent service

Keith had been recommended to us by a number of friends and neighbours. We needed someone who could transport 6 adults with a large amount of luggage between Hythe and the cruise terminal. Keith was able to advise on timings to fit our schedules then fowarded a very comprehensive booking form and 'contract' of engagement which enabled an efficient way to pay and gave us the confidence that we were dealing with an extreamly professional man. Keith has an immaculate comfortable 8 seater minibus, he was easy to contact and confirm our return journey. We would not hesitate to recomend his services and will certainly be making him our 'go to' taxi service.

We used Keiths services to take us to a wedding..He was prompt, courteous, good value and drove very careful. His van was immaculate and on a day when it was 29°C we were grateful for the air con.
