Stated he could do a same day repair, 8 days later and I have a screen that doesn't fit my phone and prevents my fingerprint reader working. I was recommended this place for some reason, AVOID IT.Confronted the store owner about the incomplete repair due to using the wrong display and when I requested a refund he stated he would not provide one. When I asked to see their refund policy and read it they stated they did not have one written down.

Today I went in for a new case for my iPhone. Got served by the funny African guy. Who was super friendly! Me and my partner loved his energy. He is what will bring us back to this shop for any future purchases. Didn’t get his name, but really genuine, down to earth guy. 5* customer service! Thank you!

my 'new' screen didnt even last 1 day and simply cracked in my pocket. guy argued it and claimed i dropped it when i 100 percent didnt. would never go back.

This has been the third time iRepair saved my mobile phone by replacing the battery. If you live locally, and you need to do a small repairs on your electronics there is no better shop then iRepair.As well, they have a great selection of second-hand mobiles and tablets at prices which are much cheaper then on eBay or Amazon. Definitely check the first.And the owner is very friendly, will make you a coffee or tea while you wait.

I bought an laptop mouse, went home found that the mouse isn't working. Very unwillingly they refunded the cost.On their recommendation I bought a cover for my mobile.It didn't fit and since then they refused to take the cover back despite 5 visits and a letter claiming that it was not fit for purpose.I would advise everyone to avoid this shop. On one visit a friend was told that the business had been bankrupt.I am not surprised.
