Recently came in to buy a daily wearer and had a great experience. All the staff were bang on and very accommodating. James let me look at, hold and try wearing the watch and offered some great advice, especially about looking after my current nicer watch.I would definitely buy from here again and trust James to give me some advice or guidance!

Wonderful customer service really made me and my partner feel special when purchasing our wedding rings. The expert advice was welcomed too as my engagement ring is a difficult shape to match with wedding rings,the gentleman that served us suggested one that absolutely went perfectly with my engagement ring. Wonderful experience on both visits.

The staff at Goldsmiths Meadowhall (lower) are friendly and helpful. The jewellery is presented well, under good lighting, and is attractive. Two different staff members let us view items of jewellery. We were offered a choice of refreshing drinks in a hot day; something that we appreciated while waiting for our gift purchase to be packaged.

Went in to look at a Garmin watch. The gentleman was very knowledgeable and made us feel welcomed. Nothing was too much trouble and we even got his personal experience of the watch we purchased. We will definitely go back for any future purchases.

Beautiful newly refurbished store, so lucky to have this on our door step in Sheffield. Very polite and attentive staff, always happy to help and meet your needs. Would definitely recommend to pay visit for all your jewellery needs.

This is my second luxury watch purchase from Meadowhall Lower and once again they exceeded expectations. Despite going at arguably one of the busiest times of the year I was quickly greeted, asked the purpose of my visit and when my pre booked appointment was confirmed a drink was offered and brought. Brad offered exceptional levels of service and we had a good chat about watches in general. I cannot wait to make my next purchase and you should make your next here too!

Goldsmiths was the first place we visited, we decided not to go shopping around because the service was so good. After-sales also excellent when one of the rings was exchanged for smaller size. Good repair service too. Great team at Meadowhall, we were treated like special guests.

I purchased my wedding ring from this shop hoping for a good experience which turned out not to be the case. I have worn my ring for only 2 months and it has turned a yellow/green colour.I went into the store and was told it needs repolishing at a cost of £60 not happy at all has this is only 2 months old and not worn ever day within that period.I do not wear the ring most days has I am a nurse and I do not wear in the shower has its slightly to big and I am worried it would go down the shower drain.I informed the shop I don’t think it’s at all acceptable that a ring only last for 2 months before discolouring a ring from primark lasts longer and to say this is meant to be a wedding ring !!! I am not happy at all.The shop sent the ring away and I was told there was not manufacturing issues and it needs repolishing at £60 when I replied back saying I wasn’t happy they responded with has a gesture of good will they would do it for £40 !! I should not be having to pay at all and a wedding ring should be fit for purpose and that is to last.This has really upset me and especially with it been my wedding ring.I would strongly advise anyone to think twice before buying the most Important ring you will ever buy before buying from here.If you are telling me that I need to get it repolished every 3 months for the amount of years it will be on my finger 40 plus years that’s a total costing of £9,600 this is a joke.I also suggest the shop clearly warns any future customers that they will have to have the ring polished every 3 months has I was never warned of this. It was falsely advertised to me and should have been sold has a dress ring and not a wedding ring.I did expect to received a better response both in store and from yourselves but from reviewing your reviews on Google it seems it’s not just myself been treated in such a bad way.
