We (students) stayed in a shared house with Easy Lettings for 3 years & it has been such a good experience! There was no issues at all with them & they resolved every minor issues promptly!! Really recommended to go with Easy Lettings when renting a house!! Trusted agent :))

My experience with Easy lettings has been amazing. I have been living in one of their houses since the start of the academic year and the service they have provided has been great. If we have ever had any maintenance issues, they have always responded very quickly as they have their own maintenance team. They also have an out of hours telephone number that you can call in emergencies and they have always been very prompt. They go above and beyond to help tenants with issues, even coming out of hours on a Sunday to help when our house keys were lost- without this we would not have been able to gain access into the house. The house that we live (29A Hubert Road) in was so nice. We stayed for 3 years. It is very close to the uni, bus station and train station, supermarket and everything. Easy letting agents was very kind, helpful, and friendly. If there is any problems with the house, they will sort it out immediately. Importantly, the rent was very affordable and reasonable for that big house. Thank you.

First time renting a house at uni for 2nd year. Easy Lettings we’re very helpful in helping us find house with our desired price. We went for a property that was being renovated so we’re unable to physically view it (due to it being a building site) but Easy Lettings were very reassuring and showed us properties that had a very similar layout and all the floor plans. The house was completed in time for us to move in and was perfect ! Any problems we had easy Lettings were very responsive. We had a concern with people being able to see into the front bedroom (due to it being on the ground floor at the front of the house) and we communicated our concerns to the agency and they were very understanding and were able to put up privacy screening to make us feel more comfortable. Couldn’t recommend Easy Lettings enough!

I migrated to the UK in April 2023 to work as a doctor. Incidentally I came across easy letting. Their staff is very friendly and helpful. I wanted a house very urgently. They understood my requirements and found me a property. Since I was new to UK I didn’t know the system in UK, especially lot of paperwork’s should be done. Easy Lettings helped with all these things and my task was succeeded. I should thank Mr Hussain who trusted me and helped me a lot when I was in need. I would highly recommend this institute for anybody who is looking for a new property.
