The Top North East Cruiser Sailing School!I have been using Northumbria Sailing, an RYA Training Centre, for both theory and practical courses and sailing trips since 2014. I have achieved RYA Coastal Skipper Practical with them.The latest training boat is Pure Gallus, a 2017 Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 419, based at Royal Quays Marina. It is exceptionally well equipped and maintained.The shore-based courses are held in modern facilities in Heaton or onsite.The team of instructors, lead by Melvyn Wallhead, have a wealth of experience and we have had some great adventures with them.
