Makro is a nice place but some of the price is way more expensive then other suppliers for example pizza cheese drop from £65 to £47 Makro price still near £69 ridiculous

Turned away at door as we hadn't used our card for over the time limit. Assistant on the door told me I needed proof to go in. She asked if I had my insurance documents on me. I only had a handbag so unhelpful suggestion. No apology. Few have been at the shops reguarly because of covid and by turning us away you just lose our business. Waste of time

Staff here are super friendly and will go the extra mile - literally. I'd forgotten an item and mentioned this at checkout. They walked from one side of the aircraft-hangar-sized store and back to fetch it for me. If you need to ask for a price they are quick to look this up. Prices are very reasonable and it's excellent for social distancing. Highly recommended. Also, it's always a good sign when an establishment retains good staff. I've shopped here for twenty years to be met by the same smiling faces. Thank you.

Great product range on offer. Whenever Iv not been able to find anything in store staff have always help me find it or if it not in stock tell me when they should be expecting it In. Very helpful and reasonably priced.

Always shop here been a blessing since COVID-19 you can actually social distance from other shoppers unlike tesco Asda etc.Prices are no better than anywhere else and now with Lidl and Aldi driving prices down it’s pretty much same as every other supermarket you get what you pay for.The most popular choice on every customers trolley has to be blossom soft and at forty eight rolls for a tenner who can blame them !

I no people are trying to do there jobs here but 1 member of your staff today was very rude when asked a simple question out side. Question was can I bring a autistic person who I'm caring for in with me as I was taking my sister with me and was told after I was at the door only 2 per person And he said no leave them in the car He was the old guy with nearly bald head and glasses and wearing hi-viz jacket if you have a problem with people with disabilities then you got problems tbh.

I just wanted to compliment the new cafe and its staff in the store. I ordered a jacket potato with thai curry, followed by a lemon cheesecake slice. The food was chef-prepared and piping hot - side salad was complementary, service was prompt with a smile, and food could not have been more delicious. Kudos on finding such lovely staff who are both professional and courteous. Many thanks.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. We asked for product information and advice and they were so informative. The range of quality products was very impressive and the store extremely clean. Very impressed and now my new favourite, sorry Bookers
