Fantastic, my attendant Carly was extremely helpful today and knew exactly what my son and I needed to feel better. A great ambassador for the company.

I visit this store regularly for work and the staff here are second to none,always friendly and helpful and when I've seen them helping customers they are knowledgeable and courteous. Chloe and Chelsea are always welcoming whenever I visit. They are a credit to Boots.

Advertised opening is 9am. Stood outside the business till 920am. Two staff were standing outside but did not have keys. Lady with glasses turned up to allow staff in but then asked customers to wait outside. High security delivery man with security lock box had to wait outside for business to open. He then was let in and we had to wait outside for him to deliver. We then got inside but was told we had to wait for staff to log in". I was the first person to be served at 9:30am and I was told my doctors prescription for almond oil ear drops was out of stock/discontinued and I should try another pharmacy. I said to staff as a local business owner it would have been nice to find that out at the advertised opening time

This Boots Chemist is quick and efficient, staff were smartly dressed and polite, Boots Chemists are a good name throughout the city , that's all you can ask for really. I pick up a prescription for my neighbour and never had a problem in doing so.

I have never ever experienced anyone as rude as the person behind the counter was to me just now. Did not listen to what I was after, had her own agenda. Attempted to diagnose me instead of listening to what I was after. I never ever wrote google reviews but I am livid by the treatment I just received. I also watched them patronise the lovely old lady who was having trouble with app in the queue ahead of me. Appalling customer service.

The staff here are brilliant. They work really hard and deserve credit. They're super friendly, polite and efficient. I always feel very confident and reassured that I will have no avoidable problems with getting my medication. This makes a big difference if you have a long term condition.

Very friendly and helpfull, my mother forgot some of her medication when we went on vacation to Edinburgh and I was looking for a replacement. Other pharmacies rejected me but these people wete glad to help me so me and my mom could enjoy our vacation again! Was planning to fill out a survey, but lost my receipt. Hopefully this compensates.

the staff always seem in a hurry, they don't smile and don't try to help you if you need anything . I even felt to apologise for not doing anything wrong. Customer service disappointing.

Just a quick reminder: you should check again whether your number has been recorded by the store, although they say they’ll notify you when your prescription is ready. It’s my bad, not theirs.
