Excellent service in chisholm hunter. Very nice and friendly staff. A special thanks to Wendy who went above and beyond to find us wedding rings. She was very nice and very helpful. Would highly recommend Wendy, Andrew and their colleagues in this store.

Absolutely appalling customer service. Bought a longines watch 18months ago that fogged over after a holiday in Spain. Shop refuse to honour the warranty and want me to pay £275 to get it repaired.Watch must have been faulty to begin with or was it really brand new? Plenty of other luxury watch retailers out there so shop around.

We called in to look at rings for the future with no plans on purchasing yet. Ruth was so lovely and gave such a nice customer experience that I came out with an engagement ring! No pressured selling, just honest advice and good knowledge. Thanks Ruth (and the lovely lady that went to the other branch to collect the right sized ring), we will see you again.

My partner and I recently made a weekend of staying in Glasgow to pick out our wedding rings.Chisholm Hunter was the first one we went into. The lady who greeted us was lovely and very chatty. Ruth was the one to help us with selecting our rings. This should have been an amazing experience but I was made to feel extremely stupid and embarrassed.I'm a curvy woman and on hot days I swell up, yes maybe this wasn't the best day to buy rings but we had purposely stayed to do this. I struggled to get my engagement ring off and Ruth made a few snidy remarks because of this. In the process of getting my ring off I really hurt myself. I was struggling to hold back tears by this point.We then said we wanted silver wedding bands as that's what my engagement ring is and my partner wanted matching. This led to being looked down on and saying they don't do wedding bands in silver, which I know is a load of rubbish, so when we were adamant that that's what we wanted she said they do make them in silver.We picked our wedding rings up at the weekend and we love them, George who served us was so lovely and made the experience a bit better.But we will never be back to that branch. I really wish we had just walked out but the rings were what we wanted.

Massive thanks to Ruth and the store manager (sorry not to have remembered her name). We looked in the window and Ruth persuaded us to come in as she had a plan! Although the shop didn't stock what we wanted they were able to get the Tag watch from a nearby shop within 30 minutes. Daughter delighted.

Lovely jewellery and watches.Nice big store and personal service but judging by some of the discounts noted in the window, e.g. beautiful bracelet in the window with a discounted sale price of £4000 off then you do wonder what the actual mark up is.....

Seeta was an absolute star from the minute we walked into Chisholm Hunter in the Argyle Arcade. She walked Jamie through selecting the perfect engagement ring, and went above and beyond to make sure the ring was right after the engagement.We felt we could trust her, she understood what we were looking for and was able to help Carly select her dream wedding band. Jamie wanted to adapt a family heirloom ring for his wedding band, and Seeta was fantastic, emailing suggestions and doing a fantastic job on the finished item.We highly recommend - thank you so much Seeta!
