Fantastic service and leave my flat very clean.

I found them via bidvine in January 2019 and I requested cleaning services for 4 hours. I was told that they could offer me 2 cleaners for 2 hours for the same price. What a mistake that was. 2 cleaners showed up late, and talked the entire time while they cleaned just the kitchen. An hour later, they told me they were done. I showed them all the areas that haven't been cleaned. Clearly they really didn't want to be there for the 2 hours because they asked me about 4 times if they could leave before the 2 hours was up. I got tired of what felt like harassment and let them leave 20 minutes early. It was definitely the worst experience I had with cleaners. I'll never use them again. When I reported it and asked for a partial refund, I was given a 10% discount for my next clean. Would strongly recommend against using them.

Maria is at the other end of the line to make sure everything runs smoothly. This is a good local business to hire focused on customer satisfaction.

I wasted literally 3 hours with the cleaner. She behaved as if she never worked before. She just was working super slow as if she was trying to kill the time somehow. I had to instruct her every-time what jobs do and how to do it. I honestly thought I should have cleaned A-Z myself.I end up doing 30-40 % of work for which I paid her money. I got so annoyed that I let her go early. Emailed company in 40 minutes of her attending work but no response.Personally, in future, I wont hire cleaner from this company.
