They never pick calls.They Will deliver part of the stuff and promise to come the day after.Very disappointed with their service.Tomy the guy in the store was cool but they need to start taking their business seriously by putting themselves on customer’s shoes.They do not give update on the delivery/order.It has been 2 weeks since we have been chasing.

Be cautious if you use this company.I seldom leave negative reviews but feel I should warn the unsuspecting public.The shop is well stocked .And initially the customer service is good.Well so I thoughtHowever I have experienced many problems .I Ordered over £1000 worth of goodsI was Waiting for delivery all day for and the furniture did not arrive .When it did it was the wrong item .The communication is poor , I was having constantly to call them , they assure you, that they will sort out issues but never adhere to their word .They never apologiseIt has been very stressful and I would definitely not use them again .

I have just got two bed mattress from them it's my first time there it's like Aladdin's cave in there . I'm amazed reasonably priced and they deliver as well its worth a look

We purchased a brand new sofa and bedroom set at Worldwide a few days ago! After 2 days the delivery team was in front of our house and they handled the furniture carefully and set it up exactly where we wanted it. They were so professional and efficient and really knew what they were doing! So happy they were our delivery team!

I bought a mattress last year from World Wide Furniture. It was delivered as promised within 2 days. I live in Wallasey and delivery charge was very low. Reading some of the bad reviews, I had to comment. Fab mattress for a fab price. Prompt delivery and great delivery men. Carried my mattress up 2 flights of stairs for me. I'm now looking to buy a new headboard, so I'll definitely make World Wide Furniture my first choice when I visit my sister on Saturday. ( she lives off Breck Road) Recommend this shop 100%.

1 star is generous! Would give minus if it was an option. Paid £140 for a mattress on Saturday morning that they said would be delivered same day by 2:30pm which we paid an additional £10 for. Monday morning, still no mattress and must have called over 100 times and still no answer! Absolutely shocking!

Purchased a wardrobe on a Saturday. Delivery was promised for the following Wednesday - and then several more unfulfilled delivery promises after that. Thankfully I used a credit card and made use of “charge back”. So, never got the wardrobe. Really rubbish service.
