Great choice and great prices, friendly staff - they came in and fitted the carpet perfectly - I also got a great bed with the half memory foam, I am glad I did because had great sleep and its a great quality build. Thankyou MS carpets!

Much better priced than the national chains at Reading gate. Friend service, reliable, good quality. It doesn't have the HUNDREDS of carpet choices like the big companies but who needs that? They have the most popular and current options anyway.

Before lockdown I chose the carpet and vinyl took months to get them to measure and rejected my measurements. I kept phoning sometimes they wouldn’t pick up when one of them did they would say I had to speak to another person and kept doing that for a long time. After measurements were done lockdown came which I understand but still had more than enough time before the lockdown to do the job. After lockdown I went again this time they didn’t have the vinyl I chose so I chose another one asked for a date and was ready to give a deposit and they said they don’t take deposit when on their receipts it says deposit. Day before the carpet is going to be done I phoned and they asked for measurements again which I did give and then they won’t pick up calls and changed the price because the brothers from the same company with the same carpet do different prices which I still agreed to and then texts and says they are not doing the job. I waited 1 1/2 years for them to do the job. I have heard many people friends and family that they do this to a lot of people where they won’t do the job I don’t think they really do this job it seem like a show there opening times will say one thing and half the time non one is there they seem really dodgy someone should look into what they actually do because it’s a big building to fund. The sop is upfront used for some dodgy business.Please please don’t use them ever they are the worst they just fob off people

M S Carpets is a family business and offers a good service at very reasonable prices with great quality of products.Yes - there may not be as much of a variety of carpets held in the show room but there is a huge range of sample books which can be used to suit most peoples needs and requests.I would recommend MS Carpets to anyone but just ensure that you plan well in advance as they are extremely busy.:)

Absolute Rubbish, Unprofessional, Limited choices. I went to the showroom as I was recommended by many, I was given limited color choice (3-4 colors) forget the variety. Luckily wife liked one color. I gave my details and we agreed to meet on the following Monday, I waited no one turned up/ called or answered my calls. The following day I rang them to find the reason for no show I was told we got busy. Booked Tuesday again no show. I then get a call on Friday (Today) to apologies and book appointment for measurement. My answer was Forget it you are unreliable and I cant waste more time. It takes a lot for me to give a bad review but this one deserved. Stay away and look for other local Carpet shops in the vicinity.
