An impressive efficient service.My sports trousers needed a waist reduction.The helpful assistant advised a physical check on the reduction needed should be carried out. Checking the fit on the trousers proved vital and has resulted in an excellent result.

Absolutely thrilled with service, had a dress that needed repairing, quite tricky but the managed to repair it perfectly. Had it dry cleaned too. Very happy!

I needed a pair of trousers shortening and another pair lengthening. Would like them for my holidays in two days time. What a lovely and caring lady who promised to have them done by the following day. She was true to her word and I went away happy with two new pairs of trousers fitting perfectly. Courteous, friendly understanding and efficient service, which I will definitely use again should the need arise and strongly recommend to others

Excellent service which I have used a few times now. Polite and friendly staff. Mended my son's school trousers that had a small tear below the knee and now I can barely see where the tear is . Would recommend their repair service.

Absolutely brilliant customer service. I brought a knitted jumper and the inside of the arm had become loose on the seam and created a hole. I took the jumper in and was greeted by a lovely gentleman who reassured me it was an easy fix with a cheap price to sort. Picked up a few days later with great communication and a lovely service when picking up.I will definitely use their services again
