Excellent customer service didn't have to wait long.Store was very clean and tidy

Popped in to get a new phone. The guy who helped me was very helpful, 1 of his colleagues came over to help as well as he he owned the phone I went in to enquire about. He even managed to price match a cheaper offer I found online.

My EE application hasn't worked for 10 days and I can't even pay my bill online. I went to the office to ask for help but unfortunately I didn't get it

Staff are rude, not offering good deals for loyal customers. Lost a customer due to this

This is my first Google Map review! Basically, I'm a foreigner, and I stopped by the store a few days ago to replace sim card. At first, I was embarrassed because there was no one in the store. but a few minutes later a staff with red hair came and helped me. He wrote down options for me, who was poor in English, and called the mobile carrier instead of me. The options I looked for were changed a few months ago, costing more than expected. but their service was satisfactory. He told me to come to the store at any time when I had a carrier problem. All of the staff in the store were kind! (Especially the ginger guy) And I took this cute picture to write a review!!

I am speechless.. Hope someone will read it. EE you may have best deals etc unfortunately your staff in Burton are incredible rude. Not everyone but I found only one person be nice, friendly and helpful his name is Daniel. He should get promotion and he should be manager assistant instead of this girl! She cant do her job, she's rude to other colleagues and instead of helping customer (few was waiting already in the store) she was sitting one her phone checking Facebook!! I am customer for over 5 years and this time she cross the line and I left EE.. She put me on 2 broadband contracts (dont know how she did it!) 5 months I tried to sort it out her mess. I was told everything is fine now, but for how long? We will see.. Thank you EE for NOTHING.. You lost very good customer who spent many years with your network and paid a lot of money (125 monthly)..

Phone needed mot ,staff member was very helpful and sorted my phone in no time. Told me of the offers l could have with a change of phone also told me about sim card only option. I haven't decided what l want as yet but told to come back anytime.

Just popped in with a friend who needed a knew phone they was very helpful.☺️

Need to get some with knowledge than rather sending there customers to go and firm out more money to get there fine unblocked from a silly mistake all it needed was some one having knowledge if removing the password page and helping them to set up a new gs s23 ultra no one nee in that EE STORE
