I went to Amirah as I had gotten very complacent with my diet and eating habits and needed help getting back on track. She listened to what I said and worked with me week on week to improve my habits and choose better options. She is an incredibly knowledgeable nutritional therapist and because of her help we have lowered my cholesterol, blood sugars and weight. I highly recommend her.Wendy H

My daughter has attended aerial hoop for a couple of years now - instructors have a fantastic rapport with the children, it’s professional but fun. A great way for children to keep active, building confidence and strength. Keep up the fantastic work SASS

My 11 year old has just started aerial silks class with Emma and loving it. It’s a great skill using a lot of core strength and I’m amazed at how much she’s been able to do after just a few lessons. Emma is super lovely and enthusiastic. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this class to any child that loves climbing, ballet or gym and wants a fun challenge!

My daughters have been going to arial hoop classes for years with Bex. She is a great teacher, gives them confidence that they can do difficult moves and it's a joy to see their faces when they finally manage to nail it.
