We brought a bike from the website and was delivered promptly, but we had ordered the wrong colour. We Emailed grip bikes and they exchanged it for the one we wanted, with no hesitation at all, totally our fault but nothing was to much trouble. I would definitely go to them for bikes in the future.

Top service, and very easy to deal with.Had an issue with my sons mafia bomma bike, which was purchased directly from Mafia Bikes recently. Matt fixed it, and made sure it was working. Can't recommend Grips and Matt enough! Thank you!

Took a new bike in for setup after another company didn’t “set it up” correctly. Grips managed to fix it and set everything up perfectly the same day only took them an hour!Brilliant service.
