Very helpful staff one of which was pleased to fetch me one of the products displayed in a dual gift box from their products not on display. Then at the till we were treated to a dual bill rather than single one counting in the 'blue light' card discount.I was very sad to notice that the rich lather Cedera shaving soap container has been replaced with the recycling tube which is lighter in consistency.

I guess when you only spend a mere £50 you are treated to their plebian experience, as we watched two employees avoid us and walk off (one on the phone) the shop floor when we went to pay, leaving us to wait impatiently for the one girl left to wrap the customer in front of us' gift for about 5 minutes. At least some other customers were wise enough to put down their items and walk out instead of wait like mugs.

Just popped in for a bar of soap, but don't call it that they get surprisingly offended, 'Shea butter bar' apparently, soap to us normal people. Anyway, the shop was very quite due to the rugby. The staff were very polite and helpful, can't knock them for that. However, all the up selling was beyond a joke. I spent nearly 15 mins at the till, trying to pay for a simple bar of soap but the sales assistant kept trying to persuade me to buy more. On no less than four separate occasions after saying 'no thank you' to the previous attempt to sell me something I did not want. And finnaly they started with the what's your postcode? ', 'what's your name?' malarkey. I don't want or care about your email offers, maybe ask your customers if they are interested before just assuming they are, or should be.All in all a mediocre experience - but I will buy from John Lewis next time, far quicker and easier.

My husband and I stopped in today. The employee was so friendly and helpful. She showed us the products we were looking for and offered us a lemonade on a very warm Cardiff day. Left with some beautiful soaps and some travel sized items . Plus the lovely employee offered us a few samples. Wonderful experience.PS loved the refill stations!

Whilst browsing for a suitable gift I was offered a drink (lavender tea I think), made my shopping experience more relaxed. Unhurried but attentive when needed. Great range of products.
