What has happened to Royal Mail letters and packages being sent back without giving people a chance to collect also mail that is being delivered torn open then delivered in a plastic bag from RM with an apology and contents missing

Parking outside is pretty much non existent. There are always cars parked in the spaces outside yet there are no members of the public inside. Really inconvenient!!!

Helpful and friendly staff whenever i go in, and this is great. But what use is 8-10am for the majority of people that are at work then. Your delivery attempts failed during normal working day, so please explain what use the opening times during the normal working morning are? At least alternate and have the place open in the morning one day, and in the afternoon on another. It's just a bit of common sense!
