Terrible communication. Don’t know if the flowers are pretty as no flowers have arrived within 12 days of ordering and I am still waiting. Apparently shipped 7 days ago even though when advertised it would said it would only take 2-3.They do not provide the tracking number despite stating that the flowers have shipped with one. After 3 emails and 15 calls unanswered they finally replied to me and provided me with a full refund after the flowers both missed Valentine’s Day and my girlfriends birthday the week after. Was honestly shocked I even got in contact with them and got a refund after they avoided all my calls and emails for over a week. Felt more and more foolish every email I sent and every call I heard ring out. Ruined my events. Absolutely horrendous service.

Don’t order here - you will lose your money. As with other reviews, I ordered a bouquet of flowers as a wedding present for friends and they weren’t delivered. Louise ignored three emails from me, no phone calls were answered/ went straight to voicemail, and she ignored and deleted Instagram messages. She has effectively stolen almost 30 pounds from me, and also made me appear a bad friend to my friends getting married. I have filed via my bank for a payment recall due to the impossibility to hear back from Louise. Don’t order with her by any means.

Used Catkin Studio for my wedding flowers and I am obsessed with them! They are more beautiful than I could have ever imagined and our wedding guests were fighting over who got to take a table centrepiece home! Email communication wasn't great but Louise's talent for flowers is undeniable. Thank you so much!

Ordered a dried flower garland for my mantel back in May. Paid in full. Over four months later, still haven't received my order. What's really frustrating is the fact that all of my messages via instagram, and my calls are being ignored. I get that small business owners can be busy but to just completely ignore my multiple attempts at communication is just deplorable. I'd like a refund, please.

Lovely service and attention to customer. Flowers came absolutely gorgeous and I couldn't think of money better spent.
