The product we were looking for was in stock and was just what we needed.The sales person Matt in a black santa hat was just awful.He went to a till assuming we were paying with card. We were paying with cash he sighed and run to an other till let us stand there. Then he shouted us down from an other till. No costumer service from him what so ever. He did not seem like to want to help either when first approached.Not the usual experience, was very disappointed. My son was with me and explained that this is not the way you treat anyone never mind a costumer.

Have been to this store twice now for a new Laptop. Waited over an hour to be attended to and again didn't have any of the ones picked and told they cannot order any of them . They wanted you to pick their most expensive ones. Absolute joke. Should be Shut Down. !!!!

The shop staff are great usually very helpful but unfortunately are working with their hands tied behind their back. Managers in Carlisle Simon and Scott could do nothing when my price match code wouldn't work. I lost count but I think I got 4 price match codes on line. Currys computers froze! One code wasn't recognised! Well eventually after 4 visits on the trot on 4 separate days I lost the will and went elsewhere. Your fault entirely Currys. I buy lots of top range equipment from you but you are losing me slowly but surely. It's not the first time !!!!

The store had exactly what I required. It took a little bit of time to get the attention of an assistant due to the store being very busy but once I had the attention of the assistant the purchase of the item was very straightforward. Payment for the item was easy and from identifying the item to paying for it and leaving the store took no longer than 15 minutes. The assistant was polite, friendly and with the aid of his tablet gave me a detailed and in depth explanation of the item that I was looking to purchase. The payment process was very straightforward as well.

Awful customer service support from the staff on the floor (computer and gaming) - asking for advice and guidance - got zero insight and recommendations - it was either 'it depends' or 'I don't know' or just direct 'no'. Got more tips from other customeres passing by who just as well agreed that the sales associate was 'hard work'.

Seems very difficult to get served and then they don't have the stock available. Simply walked round the corner to Argos and made purchases there. Deeply underwhelming experience there but a good retail park with other choices.

Simon in mobile communications in Carlisle is a saviour! We have recently moved into a propery with awful broadband and we were stumped with what to do. He explained how mobile Internet works and looked into our options, he was not pushy to sign us up and answered all our techno-phobe questions without making us feel old. We did sign up and took the product with us! And it's amazing!! He a credit to the company! Thankyou Simon

Visited the shop for a new phone contract starting. They had a wide variety of phones/contracts offered and at good prices, got a better deal than I could get going to the provider myself anyway.It was a fairly busy weekday and plenty of parking space and staff where approachable and gave me time to figure out which product suited me.

I had chosen a dishwasher.The ticket price was £500.I asked to take one with me.I was told it was ONLY available for delivery. Delivery cost was £20.So by my understanding, the ticket price should be £520:00.

Bought an ex display TV. Had to get staff to come across - the young man who did was obviously new and didn't know where to find the info needed. More experienced store colleague did help him and was pleasant and helpful
