These people are scammers. They make it seem like they are an official airline and organise their website as though you are speaking to the actual airline. It's only after you pay their exorbitant fees and get email confirmations that you realise they are a third party travel agent collecting exhorbitant fees for standard changes and requests. When I called upset about being misled, I was was gaslit. Avoid at all costs!!

This is scam agent. My wife spent around £1500 to buy a ticket to China. Yesterday when check in on line, the airport system show no such ticket, and the agent cut off my wife' telephone, can not contacted any more.

This is a pretty sophisticated scam. They pose as customer support for a number of legit airlines including spirit, KLM, Qatar, United, etc. If you are so trusting as to give them your credit card info, they'll book in your name, then add a few hundred bucks fees - 'tax', or maybe 'software fee', it changes depending on who you ask - and since they have the confirmation codes they can cancel your flight if you don't pay up.To get out of the scam: get the email addr. associated with the flight changed by going online with frontier (or whatever airline you thought you were booking). Once the email addr. is changed the scammers can no longer access your ticket. Stop payment on their fee and you are good to go.

This is a complete scam. My wife and I are lawyers in the midst of bringing them down. £1500 was charged from our card for a holiday in which we were scammed out of. We turned up at the airport and were told there were no such tickets booked. Please avoid this company to save yourself from being completely scammed.

*SCAM* buyer beware , sept 10th. very good service so I trusted them because I didn’t want to be out on hold. They charged me 244$ flight reinstatement fee for a return flight they had said and confirmed had been cancelled. The flight was NEVER cancelled as my travel mates called the actual airline to check. We were all on the same flight.

Be aware! Purchased flights through them and when we arrived to the airport the airline did not have us booked. We needed to purchase new tickets at the airport. Thankfully they had seats available. On the phone they were very professional and apologetic. They promised to credit me and the credit never came through. Thankfully the credit card company did issue me a credit for the thousands of dollars for the original tickets.If I could give zero stars I would

So far company that would meet the criteria for feeling and sounding as one is the victim of cybercrime has in all but two areas met my expectations: hence 3 and 5 star rating.Our holiday starts tomorrow and I am a discerning client if it’s bad I’ll let you know. That said upto now I am smiling: departing in 23 hours.

SCAM COMPANY - DO NOT USE- - - - - - - - - - -DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! BEWARE. They are very helpful and keen to help and throw in complimentary flights (all too good to be true). We nearly got scammed £2000 by them issuing fraudulent tickets that didn’t exist. Fortunately at the last moment before we pressed the submit button we checked them out and reviews warned us not to go near them. The whole time though I presumed I was talking to a reputable airline!!

Scam companyThey take your credit card and bill it.They have good SEO so when you search on airlines, vacation etc, they show up and promise everything under the sun. The owners live in India and has a company in the UK and does business in US as well.End of the day, SCAMMERS

Scammers, they charged me $250 extra or my flight will cancel. After I went to airline they stated they don’t even know this company. The guy that helped me gave me a fake name when I called back no one by that name.
