Ian is such a gentleman, had a chartered building survey done by him, which was quick and easy to organise. He came and produced a thorough report the next day. We have since approached him for other structural concerns on a property and he would always make himself available, provide a thorough efficient inspection and provide professional advice in a very friendly positive manner. Highly recommend him and his company. The care he has for his customers needs to be commended.
