Don't waste your money the hair is worse than synthetic hair... I've had synthetic hair better than this... Matty dry frizzy cheap hair not worth the price I paid!!!

Bad cheap quality once hair is washed

I would ideally like to give 0 stars as I am disgusted the fact that the hair I purchased is horrendous. I bought a 360 closure in body wave for over £60. When the hair arrived it had been processed to look reasonably ok despite being quite thin. Once I conditioned it for the first time the hair felt abit hard to touch like hair that has been sprayed with hair spray. After this any wash left the hair extremely tangled, dry and matted bearing in mind i use sulphate free hair products. Whilst wearing the closure it becomes bushy throughout the day even after being freshly washed. The hair comes out in clumps when combed and after less than 1 month there are bald patches in my lace and I have contacted customer services and they tried to indicate that photos of bad hair weren't clear. I sent images circled in red and also sent photos of the hair once washed to show how matted it was and further photos of the bald patches and I am yet to have a response. I think it's disgusting that these vendors are selling this poor quality hair for such prices when they know full well people can buy hair from ali express with closures and bundles for less money and for better quality hair products. I will continue to but my hair from ali express after this experience as even their worst hair so far is 100 times better than the hair I purchased from premi hair I have wasted my time supporting a business based within walking distance of my house. These people are clearly happy to scam others for money. But as my photos weren't clear I'll be making my way there in person very soon. Do not buy hair from this store!!!!

I am a Premihair lover ! Brilliant hair, I've tried different hair style from them , amazing ! No tangle or anything at all. I recommend to all my family and friends. I am still waiting for your new products if there is any. Keep going PremiHair. Thank you for everything.
