I rented a skip from this firm.I have never come across such incompetence and poor customer service in my life.the skip didn’t arrive on the day it was supposed to and was picked up 4 hrs after it was delivered.the skip was only half full and the 3 bags of garden refuse that were lying right next to skip which were to heavy to lift myself (I was waiting for my son in law to come help me lift them into skip) were left lying there..common sense should have dictated the skip driver to come ask me if the bags were to go in skip.I phoned and explained that I run a B&B business and that I had guests arriving and didn’t want rubbish lying at front of my house.I was assured that a skip would come and uplift what should have been uplifted from the start….well my guests arrived to the rubbish still lying there.After numerous phone calls I was notified that they would take £30 of another skip to be delivered to me.i responded that if they delivered another skip for half price I would be satisfied with that…i thought I was being reasonable with this suggestion….I was told NO….one week later from paying £125 to this firm the rubbish I wanted taken away is still lying outside my house.
