Great price and helpful drivers

I booked a car to take a group of people from Ratlinghope to Church Stratton. The car arrived 30 minutes early, I had confirmed the time with the company, and this put the driver out. When it turned out that one of the six passengers was a dog he point-blank refused to take him. This was likely to leave one, plus dog, of us stranded six miles from his car. The driver cited fictitious council regulations and refused to budge.Had I known at time of booking that there was a dog I would have checked, but once we were committed to the walk there was no option other than to rely on the decency and sense of the driver, but that was in very short supply.
