First time I’ve been and Went with my little boy to go see Santa. Experience was good but the place it self not so much. Nowhere at all to park. Over packed. We parked in the car park next door and received a £100 fine for doing so, literally nowhere else to park! Will not be returning here, lost a customer.

So overpriced! Paid £15 per child to see Santa. The grotto was very basic, Santa was a young lad who barely spoke and received a £1.49 present. The rides were £4 a go and most needed an adult. £8 for a ride is absolutely ridiculous! First time going and I wouldn't recommend at all. There's much better festive events for a fraction of the price.

If you’re planning on taking your children over Christmas I would highly avoid this place I wouldn't even give it one star if there was an option not too! we took our son to santas grotto it was £15 (extremely over priced) my son has some issue's dealing with social situations so naturally he was abit scared and nervous to see Santa, ‘Santa & his elf’ were an absolute joke to say the least they did nothing to bring our son around just sat in silence staring at him like he was some sort of clown , he received a gift that I could have grabbed my self in the pound shop for £15 I think it’s pitiful!, whilst we left the grotto after our poor experience as we stepped out the door one of the ‘elf’s’ was stood with a cigarette hanging out of their mouth smoking I think this is absolutely disgusting to say the least where children can see! I’ve emailed rainton arena directly a week has passed I’ve had no response so message the Facebook page who have seen my message and ignored it!, however they were quick to reply thru the week prior to our visit when I asked about pricing so they were keen for my money! Absolutely disgusting service and I would hate for another poor child to experience this as well

Worst ice rink I’ve been on in my life. Completely uneven and there were lumps of ice hidden beneath the snowy surface. The ice hadn’t been scraped at all as it should have been nor did they care to. Super dangerous to skate on it. People kept tripping over the lumps of ice. Marshall just sat on his phone the entire time. I raised it with the arena and they ignored my message. Makes sense why they get you to sign a consent form, they don’t want accountability for their actions.

A fab time at Kids Christmas Bounce N Bingo. My two children enjoyed it. The Winter Wonderland is lovely, rides for all ages and affordable prices (my children are 6 and under and we paid £3 each per ride). Clean environment with friendly staff! We enjoyed it that much we are returning for The Grinchmas event at the weekend.

Attended Christmas Wonderland, not impressed.First of all it isn't exactly 'christmassy'! Few Xmas trees dotted around and a few pictures of Nutcrackers here and there...Also, incredibly understaffed. Spent much time waiting at stalls/rides for an operator to show.I understand 'captive audience concept' but this was a joke.Value: Way too expensive. The amount we spent did not reflect any enjoyment experienced. Many rides are over within 0.5-2 minuets and from £3-£5 per person per ride, it's just not good really.Food: Hot food way too expensive and incredibly poor quality. We had 2 very questionable cheese burgers & 2 chips & 1 bottle of water. £23. Advertised as 1/4 pounders - if that's true then the popes me Grandad...Grounds: The very state of the car park and fairground area just shows how little they care about the customers and how focused on making money they are. Waterlogged and riddled with potholes. You are forever looking where you are going avoiding big muddy puddles. Car bouncing all over the car park. I went to 2 toilets and they were covered in vomit.Management - look at how you can improve the customer experience, after all without us you have nothing. Comparing this visit to a few year ago we are very disappointed and will not be back.

We drove up from Leeds (1hr 30mins) we attended the horror car wash, the whole experience overall was amazing, the only reason it drops points is because of the pot holes when looping round in queue, they could've been filled in to make it more safe.Apart from that, it was extremely satisfying, character's were grea, and we went home laughing.

Went to see Bad Boy Chiller Crew at a concert meant to be 2pm - 6pm. They came on stage at 5:30 pm after some mediocre DJ's. Arena was full of drunk kids smoking pot. The arena itself was boiling hot with no ventilation and drinks at extortion prices (£3 for a bottle of water or a can of pop). Will never be going back and advise you to do the same.
