Nothing against the actual Taxi driver he was great, but the cost of the trip was disgusting. Very expensive a journey less than 6 miles costing over £30 and this was out of the drivers control. Won’t use this company again!

Be extremely cautious using car 57 with this company. A few weeks ago me and 2 friends got a taxi after a night out and my partner had messaged my friend in the back to check I was okay as my phone had died. I asked if car 57 would put my phone in charge and he did which was nice. He then was trying to over charge us and became wierd and awkward as I only had 15 pound on me and gave him that. the taxi should have only been 12 so we got out of the car asap and he drove off with my phone. We called the taxi rank straight back and said he had drove off without giving my phone back and the office said he had called in to say he was going home after our drop off. He then denied having my phone even though 3 of us were in the taxi and had explained where he had put it and what had happened. The police were involved but the cameras they needed for proof were facing the wrong way. More fool me for trusting he was being nice and placing my phone just on charge. We were not drunk so be careful if you are drunk and getting in this taxi

My 16 yo son tried to get a taxi to me I had the money waiting to pay when he got here, taxi driver set off then asked him for money upfront. When he explained I would pay when he got to me he abandoned my child in minus 3 weather 5 miles away and no way to get home. Disgusting

Would give 0 if possible. Poor customer service when you ring the office. Blunt unfriendley staff who are unwilling to offer any help with questions you have

Disgusting service, I usually ordered taxi through week the same time the same place- always issues. I’m not fancy staying pregnant in the night waiting for 30 minutes when taxi drivers guess where is pick up point.

Can never find a taxi when booking through the app, but the staff in the office are friendly when I book onsite after work.

I was recommended Data by someone but that being said I was still a little bit anxious about getting a taxi on my own for the first time in a long time. Being a female and knowing the driver was likely male always makes me weary. That being said, my experience was a positive one. I only had to wait a few minutes to the taxi to arrive and he was very friendly from the get go. He chatted with me during the drive and made me feel at ease. Will definitely be using Data Yorkshire again if we need a taxi in the future! Thank you to my driver for being friendly!

Wasn't given a price and then overcharged using a Fixed Rate" when I got there. I was charged £12 whereas other people who were further away were charged £7-9 with same company or their competitors. Will not use them again!"
