The rooms in the annexe are particularly well thought through and designed. Very comfortable. And the views from the bedrooms are fabulous. As for food; the evening meal of fish and chips was very good - hake was a bit of a welcome surprise - and the breakfast, equally so. You need to be aware of the off-site car parking requirement.

Old Success Inn, Sennen Cove
Lovely place to stay, or just for a well kept pint of Korev. I stayed one night, the lamps and radio were on to greet me on arrival to my room, Nespresso machine ready to awaken me after a long journey. The staff from check in desk, to bar, to breakfast service were all so warm and welcoming. The decor of the rooms and the playlist in the bar and restaurant were faultless too, something for everyone.

Cannot recommend this place highly enough especially for those wanting to dine with their dogs. Had an amazing Sunday roast with a sea view and our beloved dog was made welcome with his own dog bed, bowl of water and treats. Fabulous service and great atmosphere!

An amazing experience all-round.We were looked after from start to finish by Jonno, Josh and the team and couldn’t have felt more welcomed with our 4 month old Vizsla puppy! When they state dog friendly they really do mean it.The rooms were great: clean, well furnished and we were asked every day if there was anything we needed by the friendly room-service (sorry we didn’t get names!)The food was amazing. Like, really really good.Thank you for our short but amazing stay. Couldn’t have asked for better.

They try hard, but there is something missing. The love? It has all the elements of being a fantastic place, but doesn't quite hit the mark. Bathroom not quite clean enough. Breakfast inconsistent. Room not serviced efficiently.That said, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Stayed at the OSI for our 10th anniversary as we stayed here when we met.Room, great stuff.Food, excellent.Ambiance, brilliant.Service, well these guys were superb. One young lady 'Meg' a chap with a South African accent and a lady who perhaps was the manager absolutely 1st class. They were really, really busy. They worked tirelessly yet still made us feel so welcome, so relaxed. These guys are a real asset and really showcase everything that St Austell Brewery are try trying to achieve (I guess!)I will definately return, I will definately recommend.Thankyou guys we really appreciate your efforts.

Stayed for one night on a SW Coastal path walk with my 2 sons. The perfect haven after a tough day on the path.The rooms are lovely, amazing shower too. The staff are so hard working and friendly. The food was very good. I loved the fish and chips. Thank to Aaron as well for arranging our taxi for us. We’ll be back next year to continue our walk around the Coastal Path.

Lovely to find a dog pub on a very wet day!Food was great - classic pub grub and good selection of beers/ciders inc local Cornish varieties.Service was a bit slow. Felt understaffed.All in all, a great place. Would recommend
