ABSOLUTELY LOVELY.As an international buyer, I couldn't help but feel a bit anxious about my first-time purchase of a rather expensive item from oversea when converting it to my own country's currency. I was concerned that the package might get lost during transit. However, I'm thrilled to report that the Hermle table clock I ordered has arrived today SAFE & SOUND! It looks perfect on my bookcase, functions flawlessly without any defects, and arrived much quicker than I anticipated, all thanks to the seller's excellent packaging and the delivery service selected. Despite my initial worries about the seller's authenticity due to the lack of reviews on their shop, I can confidently say that they deserve high praise. It really bothers me that there aren’t many reviews given for the shop! I’m now awarding them a well-deserved 5-star rating based on my 5-star buyer experience.Please accept my apology for my poor English usage tho, not a native speaker here :)

Absolutely brilliant service ordered wall clock for a great price, saw slightly cheaper on Amazon but would rather have piece of mind it being in the UK. Ordered Thursday came Friday, great fast service, really helpful staff. Beautiful clock and a wonderful sound from chimes. We are so happy with it , I would highly recommend them.
