Cheran's Bakery

Cheran’s is the best bakery in Kent. Since the opening in Sittingbourne, I’ve been obsessed and have always tried new creations, which is tough as they come so regularly!! Taking bakery innovation to the next level, Cheran never disappoints.

The food is amazing don't get me wrong, but the customer service/friendliness was poor. 1 member of staff back faced the other way with a call on speaker phone, and the woman who served me didn't have a single smile or help out at all apart from offer a sundae, I work in retail myself and I've never just stood there silent staring waiting for the customer to make an order, not a thankyou or have a good day etc, probably will just go elsewhere next time as made me feel very awkward being inside

I have been going to this bakery over the past 6 months when I moved to Sittingbourne, and I have fallen in love with their chocolate fudge cake!! The food is always amazing, as well as the iced coffeesUnfortunately they do sell out of chocolate fudge cake quickly, I would love it if you done the pudding cups/cake tubs more often.. I crave them all the time lol!! This bakery definitely does not hold back on the sauce which is amazing, I put the cake in the microwave (it’s dreamy!) It’s definitely worth a visit, the shop and food is beautiful!

Have been using Cherans’s in Sittingbourne since it 1st opened. The shop has parking right outside and always has a gorgeous seasonal display over the door. The food is absolutely gorgeous and the portions are huge - I can normally cut a cookie or brownie in half to either share out or have another piece later. The mixed boxes are my favourite, it’s a shame they aren’t available very often as this is my go to treat. I also love that it’s open during the evening as we often pop in after dinner for a late night treat. The staff are always friendly and Cherans’s even do NHS discount.

I am very lucky to live 2 minutes away from Cheran’s and probably go in there far too much! The cakes are very well made & you definitely get your money’s worth. The cakes are made with good quality ingredients & you can tell they are made with love. The range of ice cream & milkshakes is fantastic & I definitely recommend a milkshake on a hot day. I’m looking forward to trying many more of the delicious cakes & cookies, Cheran’s is a great addition to Sittingbourne. As you can see our Labrador puppy Wilbur very much enjoyed sharing my banana milkshake today!

Beautifully decorated, lovely presentation and selection of cakes and shakes. Kinder Bueno milkshake was delicious, along with their Sprinkle cake which was tasty and fresh. All staff members are so lovely here, and special thanks to Rob who always looks after us. Definitely worth a visit.

Lovely bakery tried their giant cinnamon bun for the first time and it is absolutely delicious! So many selections will definitely be back to try more x

Fantastic milkshakes! ,popped in after my son was visited by the owner at Fulston Manor school.He was mightily impressed with the cookies ,so I had to try it out and I have to say I was mightily impressed myself !!Keep up the good work !RegardsRob
