Very professional job indeed. Rob came round to assess our broken cord on one of our sash windows. He quickly came back with a quote to include a few options. He refurbished the window to include new weights/cord/ironmongery/drought proofing and primer. Very pleased with the outcome and so very easy to have Rob in the house. Looking forward to having him back soon for the next window/door upgrade!

Rob is totally reliable, really knows his stuff and does a really good job. We had draught excluders, replacement panes and repairing sash windows done by him. I fully recommend him and will be using him again and again myself. Thanks Rob!!!

I'm extremely happy with my new windows and it's been well worth the investment. Rob is highly professional, punctual and a true expert in his field. He installed new sash windows, including the double glazing and spiral balances into the exisiting frame. The windows are now draught proof, and look really smart with the traditiona ironmongery.

We have just had 9 wooden sash windows replaced with new wooden bespoke double glazing sash windows at the back of our house and acoustic double glazing at the front of our Edwardian house. We are extremely pleased with the windows. Very competitively priced but more importantly - They are made bespoke to fit the window perfectly.We would not hesitant to recommend Robert and no doubt we will be back to replace further windows in our house.

Rob totally transformed our kitchen. I'd simply asked for a window to be replaced but he took the initiative and suggested a sash window to match the others in the house. The result is absolutely stunning. The craftsmanship is outstanding, the quality exceptional and it really is excellent value for money. Rob was really friendly, professional and helpful. He and his colleague worked tirelessly on a cold November Saturday in the driving rain to fit it. And never complained once, he was just so positive and upbeat. I can't recommend him enough.

Fantastic service from Rob. He replaced 12 individual wooden windows in 2 large bays in our house and installed double glazing at the same time.The windows look great and they have even made the outdoor noise a little quieter. Rob was polite, punctual and always tidied up very well when he left for the day. Overall we’re really happy with the service and the windows - highly recommend.

I have known Rob for about 5 years now, I am big fan of Rob's craftsmanship. He did complete overhaul (read, new double glazed, draft proofing, new weights) of our Lounge and bedroom sash windows, whilst maintaining the original frame and characteristics. Fast forward it 4 years, we called Rob again to do the remaining windows at stairs landing, draft proofing plus double glazing of an external door. Rob has this magical touch when it comes to working with Sash windows / wood work, very professional, keeps the place tidy after day’s work and a gentleman. I don't hesitate recommending Rob to anyone who wishes to refurbish his or her wooden windows/ doors. 10/10.

Rob has transformed our home with the beautiful sash windows he supplied and installed. We found him to be prompt, polite, professional and very knowledgeable. Although a messy task, he tidied up every day and ensured that we were able to enjoy our home for the week he worked with us. Highly recommended!

Rob did an excellent job replacing our windows. Not only do the new double glazed windows perfectly match our +100 year old original windows but Rob also saved an equally old stain glass window pane!
