Very disappointed . No friendly welcoming as Mary had our meeting mixed up. No information about past or present. No clarity given at all and I felt Mary clutching at straws. Mary asked me way too many questions and fed off my answers which anyone could do. I left her house exactly as I walked in, only £50 worse off
