Avoid at all costs. Brought a New Ducati v2. Sales side went well. As soon as I had completed the order it went downhill fast. Bike was delivered, 2 days later did not start. Number plate was covering the indicators. Called and first they wanted me to contact the breakdown cover. Bearing in mind I have not even riden the bike. Eventually got it collected. Was due to get the bike back on a Saturday. Chased them on the Saturday and found out the bike had not been fixed. Received no update from aftersales, neither did the delivery driver who was picking it up. Aftersales blamed Ducati for the wrong battery. The battery would have been fitted on the bike with the pdi and was not checked. In the end gave the bike back and cancelled the deal. Advise not to go there if you want a bike. Spent all my time chasing all through the process of the cancelation. Re ordered from another dealer.

Purchased my new Desert X through Blades including part exchange of my Multistrada V4s full for a very fair price. Danny Davis provided a very good service in obtaining my new bike from another dealer one of only 3 black ones available, and getting it PDI’d very quickly. Less than 3 weeks from my test ride to collecting my new bike including obtaining and fitting the required accessories.Sadly the process has been let down by Ducati as the back end systems apparently will not allow the new additional lights to be allocated to the bike and as such although fitted they still do not work.The only slight niggle in the whole process from Blades perspective has been the length of time I’ve had to wait for the first service, some 5+ weeks after purchase which was the earliest slot available on the day I collected the bike, although that is no different to other Ducati dealerships that I’ve experienced this year in waiting for an annual service of my then Multistrada.I should have booked the first service when I ordered the bike and not when I collected it.

Terrible aftersales service. Supplying misleading information at best. Service stuff are rude and insulting when proven wrong. Carrying out work without asking that wasn’t covered by warranty when I was told it would be. Doing the work incorrectly causing a fluid leak on the clutch system and not accepting reasonability after the fact. Saying “it’s a common issue” when it isn’t, claiming I need new parts under warranty. I ended up having to take it to a different dealer to fix the mess they made which they did in 30 minutes, free of charge with zero spare parts as it was just very over filled with fluid causing a leak. So over all great bike, bad dealer. Do I suggest a Ducati yes but consider going elsewhere. There only interested in the initial sale.

I called Blade Ducati a few weeks ago interested in a Diavel Diesel they had for sale. A breathless Danny Davis answered the phone having just seen off a happy customer on his new machine! Danny was friendly, open, informative & easy going to chat with and we quickly struck up a rapport despite being at opposite generation spectrums. I arranged to go and meet Danny for a test ride the following Saturday and placed a deposit on the machine. Subsequently Danny sent me an email video introducing himself which meant I now knew who I was looking for, nice touch! I travelled to Abingdon from Southsea, met Danny and we discussed the bike as it was prepped for a test ride. Flat battery? No problem, replaced in ten minutes, a fifty minute jolly in the Oxfordshire countryside and a return to the dealership to negotiate a successful deal. Collected the bike Wednesday 19th April 23 and enjoyed a perfect sun soaked journey back to the south coast with an ear to ear grin for company. Throughout all of my contacts with this dealership I have enjoyed a sense of warmth, friendliness, honesty, care and a genuine willingness to please especially from Danny however, I had dealings with quite a few of the staff over my two visits so far and I'm looking forward to my third on May 16th at 10:00

From my initial enquiry, through test ride and onto the purchase options and collection he was professional and knowledgeable.Friendly but not overly familiar with just the right amount of encouragement.So glad I searched my local Oxford area and found them.

I'm very very upset with Blade motorcycles I bought a new Kawasaki, they told me I was going to do the first three inspections in the store, the first 600 miles I tried to schedule the inspection by email they didn't respond, I went to the store they said they couldn't do it the Blade motorcycle review in Abingdon they said I would have to take it to the Kawasaki store, I called the Kawasaki store they only do the review if the bike doesn't exceed 600 miles, as I trust the store thinking I was going to do the review at the store that It's 20 miles from my house, the motorcycle is 552 miles away, in short I can't do the inspection for free, I haven't used the bike for two months, the motorcycle doesn't work anymore the battery stopped working, I sent an email to the store Asking what they could help me with, they still haven't responded to me.Maria

I bought my 2017 Ducati diavel from George 13 months ago. I live near York, over 200 miles away but this was no issue. George was very patient, they provided the big service, completed all the mot advisories and dealt with the bike collection:delivery service I hired.The bike has been fabulous, no issues and at a very fair price. Highly recommended dealership.
