As with others, 50% deposit paid to Jack for patio to be laid, started job eventually but the didn't turn up for weeks. Mutually agreed that he would not continue, asked for deposit less expenses to be returned, 6 months later nothing. Did a fence for us a couple of years ago no problems but has gone completely off rails. Do not use.

Great service, quick delivery and good price. The panels were made to a good standard and come with 10yr guarantee. I ordered 9 vertical feather board panels.I would definitely recommend using them and will be using them again in the future.

DO NOT USE OR GIVE JACK ANY MONEY UNTIL HE HAS DONE THE WORK - ESCALATED TO TRADING STANDARDSPaid a 50% deposit 13th May - the same day he quoted me.After at least 6 failed promises he never actually showed up to do the work. He could write a book of excuses.On 19th June we mutually agreed to cancel the job and agreed to refund my money. Nearly a month later I am still waiting.Im suspicious of the other positive revews and suspect they are fake.I have escalated to Trading Standard to investiage, I have also reported to Met Police.AVOID AVOID AVOID - don't say I didn't warn you!

Sadly, this company is very unreliable. Better at excuses than fences. Twice a booked appointment for a fence install was not attended. Jack talks a good fence but sadly never turns up to erect them.Jack does not even bother to let you know he is not coming until you chase him. Wasted two days changing plans only to be let down.Do yourself a favour and use a different contractor if you want a reliable service.

Do not give Jack any money, paid a deposit for work and never received any work carried out or a refund. Still annoyed and this was almost a year ago now!
