Lovely location, friendly owners, clean and well maintained cottage

The cottage was just beautiful and exactly what we needed. We booked a spontaneous couple of days away and without any notice at all, everything was ready for us and we had everything we could have needed. My partner knows exmoor very well, but everything was easy to find and close to Withypool if you needed anything else. Beautiful and clean. Beds were very comfy and the wood burning fire was just amazing. Great that we could bring our fury legged friend and had the porch to dry him off from long walks. Wouldn’t hesitate booking again when we need a break from city living.

An absolutely stunning location and a beautiful little holiday let. A perfect place to get away from it all and relax.

Absolutely fabulous place.

A secluded holiday let on a working farm.Did t mind the ' added entertainment of the animals in the cottages garden,although the farm is not the proprietor of the cottage.Simple,clean and tidy.No hospitality gift" and no fresh milk( uht pods provided)Beautiful views and no interruption from the farm.Very friendly and helpful.The track to the cottage required attention unavoidable potholes when a full car didnt do the suspension any good !!"
